It must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
It must retain all original tags and packaging.
It must include the purchase receipt or invoice.

Prepare the package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and the purchase receipt or invoice.
Send the package: Send the package to us at the address we will provide by email or phone. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.
Receive your refund: Once we receive the package and verify that the item meets the return conditions, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

4. Items not eligible for return
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

If you receive a defective item or if we made a shipping error, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
